What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number. When you email us we keep that correspondence. Our website collects basic analytics about pages visited and how you arrived.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who handles card data directly under their own security standards.

Why we hold it

To take payment, make and deliver your order, answer questions about it, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. If you opt in, to send occasional emails about new products, which you can leave at any time from a link in every message.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment provider, our delivery carrier, our email provider and our accountants. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. General correspondence for two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@pmindgoodies.store and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep your basket working and remember you are logged in, plus analytics cookies that tell us which pages are used. You can block them in your browser, though the basket will stop working properly.
