Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we have received it; the contract forms when we dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, or if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline it and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where shown. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, though never after you have ordered.

Delivery

Timings on our shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel does not arrive, tell us and we will investigate and replace it where the carrier confirms it is lost.

Food, allergens and storage

Everything we sell is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, soy and wheat, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces. Ingredients are listed on every product page. Storage guidance and best-before dates are printed on each box; we cannot be responsible for product stored outside that guidance.

Returns

Perishable goods are exempt from standard distance-selling return rights. Our own policy is more generous: tell us within fourteen days if anything is wrong and we will replace or refund it. See Shipping & returns.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
